Ing. Luca Pozzato

Civil engineer, registered with the Order of Engineers of the Province of Venice, founder of the firm, working in civil engineering to provide design, digital surveying, building diagnostics and technical consultancy services. Through the use of advanced technologies and continuous professional development, the firm supports private individuals, businesses, professionals and public administrations in managing, enhancing and upgrading real estate assets, delivering reliable, innovative and tailored solutions.

The firm’s areas of expertise include 3D laser scanner surveys, structural and safety assessments, energy performance certification (APE), planning and cadastral compliance checks, and moisture and rising-damp diagnostics. As the civil engineer overseeing every stage, Luca Pozzato follows each project directly, from the initial site survey through design, permitting and construction supervision, ensuring clients in Venice, Scorzè and across the Veneto region always have a single point of contact.

Projects for Public Administration

For many years, the practice has worked alongside public bodies across the Veneto region on technical assignments of varying nature, from safety coordination on infrastructure construction sites to consultancy on property assets and planning. For Veneto Strade, it carried out safety coordination during the execution phase of resurfacing works on the SR308 and, previously, during construction of the new viaduct on the SR307, including periodic site inspections and drafting of the related reports. For the Veneto Regional State Property Office (Demanio), it carried out surveys and cadastral registration of State-owned properties, including the Col Visentin mountain hut, the Vittorio Veneto air-raid shelter and several picnic areas in the municipality of Belluno, with GPS measurements aimed at updating the land and buildings cadastre.

Other assignments have included work for the Municipality of Salzano, comprising the correction of cadastral data through historical reconstruction of the properties and the identification of registration errors, as well as a feasibility study for the redevelopment of the former Romain Jacur silk mill, including energy performance certification, seismic assessment and cost estimation for the works; and the Municipality of Scorzè, for which a hydraulic compatibility report was prepared as part of a feasibility study for a car park at the sports facilities on Viale Kennedy. For the Comitato Regionale Croce Rossa Veneto (Italian Red Cross Regional Committee for Veneto), a non-profit body funded by public funds, the practice carried out a survey of the Jesolo Lido premises and subsequently provided design, works supervision and safety coordination for extraordinary maintenance works, in an area subject to landscape and historical-artistic constraints, liaising directly with the Harbour Master’s Office, the Municipality and the Ministry of Culture.
