Ing. Luca Pozzato

Ing. Luca Pozzato, a civil engineer registered with the Order of Engineers of the Province of Venice, is the founder of the firm and works as a technical consultant in building design, renovations, site supervision, construction site safety, and property enhancement.

After graduating in Civil Engineering from the University of Padova, he built solid experience in design, on-site technical management, and specialist consultancy for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. His professional practice is based on a multidisciplinary approach that combines design expertise, knowledge of building regulations, and the use of the most advanced technologies for surveying and diagnosing buildings.

The firm follows every phase of a building project, offering architectural design, structural design, building permit applications, cadastral filings, retrospective permits, planning and cadastral compliance checks, site supervision, construction safety coordination (CSP and CSE), 3D laser scanner surveys, building diagnostics, thermography, Energy Performance Certificates (APE), and technical consultancy for private clients, businesses, and professionals.

Particular attention is paid to controlling design quality and execution phases, through constant monitoring of schedules, costs, and performance. The goal is to identify the most effective technical solutions, reduce unexpected issues on site, and ensure work that is safe, durable, and compliant with current regulations.
